Walls of Orange

Today marks the end of a difficult two-week project.  The end result, orange walls, really turned out as expected.  I am very happy with the final result.

It started with Isaac and I hauling eight sheets of drywall from Home Depot.

It ended with Isaac and I painting.

He wasn’t much help with the first stage, but I’d have to say the last was the most fun.

Following are some pictures.

Isaac tells me that it is my job to get the upper and lower parts, wheras it is his job to get only the lower.  I tend to agree.

In other news, Gabe’s birthday is the 17th.  Isaac baked him a cake, complete with chocolate frosting and some improvised paper decoration.

Construction of both cake and decorations were mostly subcontracted out to Isaac.
